Cliff and Karen a 10 gallon cream can to do cream can dinners. We've heard of them but have never been fortunate enough to know what/how to do it. It was a good day as we gathered outside at Cliff and Karen's for filling the can. Each can can feed about 40 people. Corn is placed upright in the bottom then in no particular order
potatoes; sausage; carrots; onions and cabbage is tamped down into the can. Finally a quart of beer is poured in on top and the lid is wired down.

Then we settled in for some visiting until time to go to the clubhouse and begin the cooking.
