What an absolutely gorgeous and relaxing day it was.  We sat outside in the sun and just simply breathed.  Of course there was too much food.  Such a good time with our friends.

 We have been SO blessed to have such good weather for the month of December.  It was especially nice to have a bonfire on Christmas Eve.  We had chili and then filled in with whatever else.  The clear night was almost magical.  (And we still got home by 7 pm.  Ahhh the joys of being retired.)

The weather is delightful.  We tried to count up the days we could NOT sit outside and decided it would fit on the fingers of one hand.  THIS is why we "go south".  Tonight we have a wonderful bonfire.  Blue fire; good fun; laughter; what more could we ask?   A sunny day tomorrow for Merry Christmas day.  So on that note.  Good Night One and All!

White Elephant?  What IS a white elephant?    A white elephant is an idiom for a valuable possession of which its owner cannot dispose and whose cost (particularly cost of upkeep) is out of proportion to its usefulness or worth. (Next question what is an IDIOM???  Save that for another day.)

Now THAT is just wrong, wrong, wrong............White elephants are possessions of...of...of.... ok so they're not wonderful  but, but, but there're FUN!! So there!
